About Us

The Australian Druze Community (ADC) is a non-profit organisation. With the introduction of our new website we are continually updating and promoting our message to our community.

Unfortunately our website is still in the Beta stage and we are working with the Australian Druze Community (ADC), Druze Youth Community (YDC), Women's Druze Community (WDC) and the Arabic School.

Who We Are

The Australian Druze Community (ADC) is a non-profit organisation, based in Sydney, Australia and conducts its activities throughout the state of New South Wales.

The ADC was formally incorporated on the fourth day of March, 1980 and of the 25 objects for which this community group was founded, our main objects are:

  • The consolidation of the Druze Faith among the Druze community throughout New South Wales and elsewhere.
  • Promotion of goodwill among members and non-members of the Druze community.
  • Provide conveniences and a meeting place for the community which can be used by members and their guests in accordance with the By-Laws of the ADC.

    As one of the primary objectives, the Australian Druze Community website is to be the first point of reference of the constituents to their organisation. The website will ultimately be governed by a website committee with contributors from across Australia. In the interim, the website is managed and updated by Naji Ghebar (webmaster).
